Like CZ-8, CZ-10, CZ-12, all those with reusable version, their non-reusable version will be launched first. CZ-12 non-reusable was launched with 4 x YF-100K in first stage, but CZ-12B reusable version will use entirely new commercial engine LY-70 in first stage, which is tested in the Jun hopping test.CZ-9 was outlined with three steps development. The first would be non-reusable version. Second step is likely first stage reusable while third step is full reusable.

For the CZ-9 version 1, aka 2011 edition, YF-130 for first stage and booster, YF-79 for third stage have been tested. If this 200 ton class engine is YF-90 for the second stage, then there's a chance that this version will be the non-reusable CZ-9 aimed at 2030 launch. However if this 200 ton engine is not YF-90, then it's likely to be the 200 ton unnamed engine to be used in newer CZ-9 version with 30 x 200 ton engine for first stage to be launched around 2030. The reusable CZ-9BR is targeted at 2033-2035 launch. Though this slide seem to suggest first stage recovery by 2030, full recovery by 2033-2035, it'd be more ambitious than I expected.

Either way, I expect a non-reusable CZ-9 to be launced around 2030, whether it's the version 1 or a later version. And this 200 ton engine is highly likely to be used by either one of the CZ-9, its full engine test is a critical milestone.
