In the end, the Canadian pays for everything. If these people are landed immigrants, then that is a different story, they have a legal status in the country which entitles them to the benefits of Canada. But these 30 or 40 year old students, kind of clear the games they are playing.)

Mass deportations is the only answer to this.

The Canadian government is gutless, they will not try to solve the problem they created. If they cancelled SIN cards, that would solve the problem quickly.
