most of my data survived on that 6 TB HDD. The OS and some data were however on that toasted SSD. When it failed, the PC has no OS to boot into. Though important data are always duplicated on my laptop.But the main point is, the new SSD uses flash chip from YMTC (长江存储), making it the most value for money SSD. If the Korean want to claim they've better quality they can shove that claim up their a$$. With my first hand experience, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I believe YMTC chip is at least on par with the Korean chip, I'li test it out first hand.
