Biden has announced dropping his reelection bid on X. The plan B is to swap candidate.
The question is who will be the substitute? We may have to wait until DNC.

Among the plan B floated are replacing Biden. This is the most straight forward plan. However the problem with this plan is the current front running candidate Kamala doesn't stand better chance in winning against Trump than Biden. Other possible candidates who don't want to run in this year election have openly endorsed Kamala.
Winning the Ukraine war thoroughly and irrevocably within 4 months. Sounds like Mission Impossible. Of course Bojo, Stoltenberg etc think otherwise.
