Regauarding the Falcon Heavy; That '64 tons' from what I search is theoretical max(no safety margin?). The expendable Geo transfer mass is 26.7 tons.

LM-5 to LEO is 1.5 stages, ie just core + strap-on boosters

Falcon Heavy to  LEO is 2 stages
