The Fed wants to make credit easier, and the economy is not doing so hot, so they will be easing monetary policy for the next few months at least.Then there is President Trump who wants higher stock prices, in other words, higher asset values across the board, (except bond prices but that is another story altogether).
Bitcoin is just another asset, so it should rise over time. The problem with Bitcoin is that it is crazy volatile.
If going to bet, maybe do not bet too much.
