That is the problem it seems.These think-tank people pontificate too much, provide advice that no one in their countries listen too, and not much gets done, other than another long report.
If it was so easy, and that is a smart guy, why does not he get out of his easy chair, go raise the capital, open a factory, and go do what he suggests?
If everyone starts laughing at that idea, that the think-tank person goes into business, that kind of lays bare the problem.
All talk, and no action. The irony is that all the talk comes from people who will not lift a finger.
