even in winter without danger of hypothermia. I believe it is not needed for humans in tropical regions to wear clothing at all for temperature regulation. However, most people in warm climates do not go naked and wear at least a loincloth or something over the genitals. This suggests that one major purpose of clothing may be for protection from traumatic injury.
