It's more than just boat breached, guns confiscated, boat seized. CCG did arrest the NavSog personnel onboard one of the boat seized.

The leading boat of the RoRe mission was dragged to far away location that day.

The NavSog special force personnel put their hands on their head, a gesture of surrender.

It turns out they were arrested, and released to PCG later in the night. They were quite grateful for the release.
