just a farce. Just good at parade but lack training and experience. They do think that Chinese navy is the cream of the crops. Frankly, they maybe right about the experience stuffs, after all China haven't been at war for decades now. But once war break out, they will learn fast, just like ukrainian army. Nothing can be done about that, you can only grind it through bullets and bloodshed. For now, China can only focus on training, especially unscripted training.
