AAR happens in the range of 200-280 knots, so the E-2 and by presumption the KJ-600 should have no problems flying in that range of speeds. The J-15 of course should have zero problems flying in that range. By way of comparison, F-14 stall speed was 115 knots, F/A-18 stall speed is 130 knots.
