The trade deal that Trump signed with Liu He in Washington, both sides agreed that China would buy $200 billion more stuff from the Americans to balance out the trade deficit.

China signed that deal, and bought nothing of the extra stuff they said they were going to buy.

The Trump administration was going more crazy by the day, even after signing that deal, they were still trying to attack China in several other ways.

So China did not buy anything extra.
