The coast guard authority in China's Fujian Province conducted patrols in waters near Kinmen on Sunday, the China Coast Guard said.
The coast guard said it took measures that included formation navigation, identification and verification during the patrols to strengthen law enforcement inspections in key areas, effectively maintain the order of operations in the relevant sea areas, and effectively safeguard the lives and property of fishermen.
