in the initial stages of a war by evacuating them on planes/vessels of neutral countries - that did happen with Japanese citizens in the US during the war. US citizens of Japanese ancestry, as well as long-term US residents with Japanese citizenship, were interned in concentration camps. I would expect that US citizens of Chinese extraction or Chinese surnames to be summarily imprisoned if a war broke out. I would also expect Nazi-style mass killings of ABCs if the US was close to losing.
