China should focus on reforming its economy. Deflation is just a temporary pain. I do worry for the rest of the world though. If China stop being the producer of cheaper goods, just when the rest of the world is facing painful inflation, that will be like what people in my country said, falling from stair, then the stair fall on you, LOL.
