China shouldn't focus too much on exporting high  tech goods like EV, Solar panel etc to the west. Instead China should focus more on exporting them to emerging market. That's where the big prize is. China can export to the west in order to make them busy defending their market, but China's real target should be the emerging market. In return, China should also open its market to other emerging markets, so that emerging market can get rich and have money to buy hitech stuffs from China. Once China dominating the emerging market high tech goods, the western companies will have hard time to compete with Chinese companies since it will be hard to grow without emerging markets. At that time China can finally launching total attack on western markets. Just like how Mao focused on controlling the rural areas first during the civil wars, before surrounding the urban area and conquering them.
