enough Yuans.  For India to have enough Yuans, it needs to export to China.  India exports hard labor to the Middle East.  Dirham-Rupee exchange is common.  Annual remittances to India is more  than100 billion US dollars and the top country is UAE.

When you have don't enough Yuans,  you need to sell Rupees to get it.  Nobody wants Rupees so they have to charge a premium for the conversion.

Just wait until China demands Yuans for its exports to India.
