Loongson 3A6000 quad core @ 2.5 GHz result at 43.1, you can see it improved by 62% compared to its predecessor 3A5000 using the same fab process, same number of cores, and same frequency, while it reaches 89% the performance of i3-10100F despite the Intel CPU is running at much higher frequency than 3A6000. Looking at the power consumption, i3-10100F is at 65 W, 3A6000 is estimated to be comparable with 3A5000 at around 35 W.
