there is even news about rumor of extra marital affair, wth that came from? This is why China need to work on its PR. They can't just say nothing and expect it to go away. I can't imagine if there is a press conference, and some journalists ask the Chinese spokeperson about China foreign minister, and the spokeperson says "I have nothing". It sound like the gov is not united. Just learn from Singapore when it arrested its minister recently for corruption. It immediately notify the news outlets.

If he is really sick, then this is like PR suicide. Just tell the world that he is sick, and has to be replaced. Instead, now rumors fly like hotcakes.
