Even since the 2008 financial crisis, EU has zero or negative GDP growth. While at the same time, EU's export to China increased  from 100 bilion to 250 billion.  2nd largest after the US at 550 billion. 

Now with sanctions and stuff, how the EU going to survive?  I guess by being a vassal of the US is one avenue.  Then again, how much can EU sell to the US and other vassal states.  No enough to sustain the current GDP.
