China must now make changes to the BRI and concentrate on the developing world that China can cooperate with. That is new reality, which did NOT exist when Pres Xi started his BRI project in 2013.
There is NO WAY China wants to keep itself poor and backward in order to fit itself into murrika's plan of maintaining its global hegemony!!!
