The idea is for the new tech of 5G to improve things.
Such as better train service in the case of industrial applications of 5G for the German train system, or for access to doctors for people in remote regions, or for commerce especially improving distribution networks to move product like agriculture products to the market.
That was what this entire 5G fight was all about, to be the ones to offer these new services and opportunities.
To do that, the networks must be built, along with the tech being available, reliable, and working efficiently.
