076 expeditionary battle group. With an EMAL, technically 076 can launch a small sized manned aircraft such as J-35. But it'd require arrester hook to land such an aircraft. This is speculated, it remains to be seen. If the purpose of installing a catapult is to launch a heavy UAV, then arrester hook is likely to be needed anyway. So there's a fairly good chance that J-35 can be fielded onboard, at least when needed.
