country in the West other than the United States. Every other Western country has far more limited "freedom" of speech than the US, even if they say it is nominally "free". Various European countries have laws against hate speech, Holocaust denialism, etc. whereas in the US all of it is legal unless you are defaming someone, causing public panic, or inciting a riot.
