I remember seeing a picture of that ship over 10 years ago in article and it was rusting away back then. Now it is worst.

Got to wonder why no one bother to even paint some of it to prevent or slow down the rust.

In over 20 years, China managed to reclaim some islands, build up the military, get the country to be on the verge of entering high income country status from middle income country status, even landed on Mars, and the Philippines were unable to apply a coat of paint to just one boat. It is kind of mind boggling.
