spy on the personal lives of these billions.  How many hours and how many users each employee is tasked for.  It is a lot of work.  Do they use some kind of an enterprise system to manage the workload?

Are they poaching employees from Chinese microwave and toaster makers because those employees have experience spying through appliances.  But are they good at spying through social media apps.
