It's about a dalit vampire who dwells inside nu delhi's sewage tunnels(with day time job as sewage diver). Added to the horror, he only sucks Holy Cow blood because he thinks he can transmorph into a brahmin with enuff holy cow blood in his stomach...the plot thickens after the Holy cows fight back with mad cow disease...
