which means foreign payload specialist may have to wait till after the CSS expansion to go onboard. Although I wonder will an ESA astronaut go by end of 2022. They're recruiting HK/Macao payload specialist in the batch 4 crew. We haven't seen the batch 3 crew yet. Someone is going to be disappointed, it seem the batch 3 is still all PLA crew, IIRC not limited to PLAAF, with only one female.
