built desktop and laptop for the government and enterprise indigenous PC market using Kirin ARM 7 nm CPU. The Pangu seem to be also an ARM CPU used to succeed the Kirin based desktop from Huawei for the government and enterprise market, not for consumer market. It's fabricated with lower end 12 nm process, so the performance is also lower. But I expect it to be fabricated in domestic fab without US technology not affected by the sanction.
