On Sherboune, saw small restaurant, that was a Chinese place, but the owners and cooks were all Indians. They were working the wok, like they knew completely what they were doing.

It was interesting, and nice to see. Gave me a laugh. Like in a good way. It is just business, and these guys look like they are going to make it.

Now, if the situation was the other way around I thought, where the Chinese guy opens an Indian restaurant, then the political correctness police will come out in full force to arrest that guy on charges of cultural appropriation!
