Army or PLAAF, not PLAN. I still think PLAN needs some smaller Shanghai-size manned patrol boats because unmanned vessels can't enforce embargoes by stopping and searching ships (you might say that is the Coast Guard's job but this is something that grey-hull navies have always had the ability and need to do). PLAN could also use a few of these tiny patrol boats to guard ports and bases. Small manned boats still have their place.
