NASAM? It's a AIM-120/AIM-9 SAM, pretty obvious for short range self-defence. In a very recent briefing, DOD spokeman was asked why aren't US sending more Himars to Ukraine, his answer was Ukraine don't need them, do you believe him? And items in that package are to be procured from private firm, not taken from inventory, meaning they need time to manufacture. Included in that package is the VAMPIRE SAM whose selling point is able to be mounted on civilian pickup, even this small system will take 9 months to deliver. Some termed this package as a spending spree before Ukraine start to negotiate for cease fire.
