Important in my mind to actually test (obtaining real life telemetry data)in real life the flight/guidance systems over potential target areas as Earth's geophysical/magnetic/atmospheric/gravitational  factors can and will affect trajectory/flight characteristics of body/warhead of any system -this will diectly affect reliability and CEP.
