國防部今(5)日表示，至1100時止，計有中共軍機、軍艦多批於臺海周邊演習，並踰越海峽中線活動。國軍運用各種監偵機制，嚴密監控敵情狀況，除於第一時間廣播告警，並運用空中偵巡兵力、海軍艦艇，以及岸置飛彈系統適切應處。

國防部指出，共軍此次軍演，不論是發射彈道飛彈，或是刻意踰越海峽中線進行演習，均屬高度挑釁行為。國軍將秉持備戰不求戰之原則，更以「不升高衝突、不引發爭端」的態度，軍民同心協力，堅定捍衛主權和國家安全。
