..especially with all those missile launchers on display but so vulnerable to battle damage,electronically obsolete,no stealth type featuresand looking at the sleek,ultra modern 055 cruiser-it is simply outdated and dare I say even obselete in many ways(EW suite,radars .battle link systems)to upgrade a Slava would cost more then a  052D brand new in my opinion and wouldn't be as half effective as a new 052D.
