Eastern India and Bangladesh are said to be the wettest parts in the world. They have too much rain there. In a really bad year, half of Bangladesh might be submerged in water. How about blowing a big hole on the ridge of, or drill a big tunnel through, the Himalayas to let clouds float into China?
