After  threshing, assuming 30% crop shell loss, they'll have > 160 million ton wheat+rice. Lets use instant noodle as guideline,each pack has about 100gm; aassuming the average human there consumes 100kg/yr and popn about 1.4billion, they can at least export 10 million tons.
