BTW, some of the problem he mentioned during the lock down, such as people unable to get food and so on, seem rather particular to SH. Other places such as SZ, TJ, Changchun Jilin etc have very little such problem reported during lock down. SH bureaucrats really screwed up, intentionally or not. Apr 25 has a meeting going to held those irresponsible SH official accountable then things visibly improved.
