and it wasn't a missile. in 2014 terrorists tried to take over the Pakistani frigate Zulfiquar (modified Jiangwei class), some were attempting to board the ship in a small boat which was completely shredded by a Type 730 with no survivors.

I think there may have been aircraft accidentally shot down by Phalanx or AK-630 in training accidents, but AK-630 might have been used against shore targets in Libya and/or Syria, don't know how successfully.

My mistake on the Falklands war: HMS Glamorgan was damaged but not sunk by the improvised Argentinian shore battery, all sinkings by Exocets during the war were from air-launched missiles.
