That there is an unavoidable conflict between China and murrika is not in dispute. Rudd blames it on Xi (It has nothing to do with Xi, or Deng, or Mao), when in fact the real cause is white Westerners', especially murrikans', hellbent drive to impose their hegemony on the rest of the world.
This conflict is caused by the collision of 2 irreconcilable forces: the white West's religious belief that it has the undisputable right to put its boot on the face of all non-Western peoples, and China's uncompromising insistence that it will NOT submit to such a thuggery.
That China's refusal to submit to whiteman's "Manifested Destiny" should be no surprise. All one has to do is to read Paul Keating's "make a cat laugh" comment!!!
