encircled and got cut off from outside. The war will effectively end soon. Ukriane is just used as a proxy war after Syria between two superpowers. There will be much more jostling to come in another land at another time. Russia wants to be a global power. Nations now have alternative.  Either joins Russia or the other. The world probably splits into two now.
