I don't buy his argument that the US will defend Taiwan. He is just bluffing. Once China threaten to use nuke, no one will come to Taiwan's help. He is also not an economist, so I don't buy his argument that the US can easily contain China economically. But he is right on one thing, the US will try to contain China from every angle from now on. China need to be more aggressive to defend its interests. Getting rid of dollar reserves and promoting Yuan and CIPS are the best way to do it. China should use the dollar reserves to purchase all kinds of minerals, grains and energy reserves.
