The west has put sanction on Russia banking and energy export. But the rest of the world, especially the developing countries, can't afford that sanction. With economy slow down due to pandemic, and skyrocketing inflation and shortage of goods, the last thing they need is high oil and gas prices, not to mention food prices. They will want to continue to buy from Russia, but without western banking system, they may have to find alternatives. China can offer that alternatives. It is time to sign up more members for China CIPS.
