in the initial attack? It's what the US would do to any opponent, and what I expect PLAAF to do in the opening round of a Taiwan scenario. Did the Russians simply discount the effectiveness of the Ukrainian AD network, were they not very capable at SEAD/DEAD in the first place, or was this part of their strategy?
