If these soldiers really intended to kill the passengers from the beginning why were they attempting to arrest them first? They could have just shot up the car and not risk physical contact. There is no context for this video, no way to judge what happened before or after it, and no firm evidence these people are Ukrainian military, much less Ukrainian military kill teams of some kind.
