Like I said previously, Russia has no need to invade Ukraine. Eastern Ukraine is already under Russia influence. Russia only need to "advise" Eastern Ukraine to hold referendum, either joining Russia or establish a new nation, which in my opinion the latter is more probable considering its role as a buffer state for Russia against NATO. Russian troops are meant to protect Eastern Ukraine from invasion when the referendum is hold. So Russia isn't lying when it said it won't invade Ukraine, LOL.
