China is just opening up its capital market to free market and foreign players. I predict there will be a lot of competition to grab talents, salary could easily sky rocketed for good talents. But it is worrying that they are preferring state sector than private sector. I suspect it has something to do with the uncertain outlook of world economy during pandemic.
