As the tensions between China and Taiwan continue to escalate, Taiwan witnessed approximately 950 intrusions by the People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) military planes into its Air Defence Identification Zone in 2021 so far, local media reported citing data from the Ministry of National Defense.

There's a reported 60 per cent increase from the previous year as intrusions in 2021 is double the combined sum of that in 2019 and 2020.

记者：据报道，民进党当局近期频繁炒作所谓“大陆威胁”，宣称今年以来大陆军机940余架次进入台湾“空域”，是2019、2020年度总和的两倍。另外，美国防部官员称，中国大陆在台湾周边海空域的行动增加了印太地区武装部队之间误判的可能性，加强台湾“自卫”是一项紧迫任务。请问发言人对此有何评论？

谭克非：当前台海局势紧张升级的根源，在于民进党当局和“台独”分裂势力的谋“独”挑衅和外部势力的“以台制华”图谋。捍卫国家主权安全、遏制“台独”分裂行径，中国人民解放军义不容辞。今年以来，解放军常态环台岛组织轰炸机、侦察机、歼击机等开展巡航，常态抵近台岛周边组织多军兵种力量联合战备警巡，常态在台岛附近海空域组织联合对海突击、联合对陆打击、联合防空作战等实战化演练，实际出动飞机架次比民进党当局炒作的数量只会多、不会少，目标十分明确，那就是以果断行动回击岛内外势力频繁勾连、挑战一个中国原则的恶劣行径，坚决捍卫国家主权和领土完整，切实维护两岸同胞共同福祉和台海地区和平稳定。

How Taiwan report the PLAAF aircraft entering its "ADIZ". For example on Nov 28, 2021, a Y-20U aerial refueling aircraft supported H-6, J-10's flight. Meaning, Taiwan couldn't see all aircrafts that entered its "ADIZ".
