"Starlink have collisions avoidance orbit-changing features"

If I were a Yuhangyuan on board the Chinese Space Station and saw a Starlink satellite coming towards me, should I count on that satellite will AVOID colliding with my space station??!! It is like trusting an unknown sniper will deliberately miss me with his rifle shot! What if he doesn't miss?
