DDG 105 Dalian and LPH 31 Hainan entered service on Apr 23, 2021 naval day, not one year ago in Dec 2020.And it's 055 class DDG 103 Anshan that enter service this year, not 106. It's amazing this commemorative card is the only pix with penant 103 I've seen.
